Turkmen authorities hope to increase cement production by 20%

Deputy Prime Minister Shamukhammet Durdylyyev reported to the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov that the factories of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production began to produce new types of cement. This is reported by the press service of the Head of State. According to a high-ranking official, specialists of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan used new active mineral additives in the production of cement, thanks to which it was possible to establish the production of Portland cement of the brand 400-G20-K. He noted that work is also continuing on the establishment of the production of cement of the 500-G20-K brand, for the manufacture of which basalt porfirites are used, the production of which is established at the Ufra field in the Balkan region of Turkmenistan. Summing up, Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the Government of Turkmenistan plans to increase the volume of cement production by 20%. Zenit launch complex on Baikonur reconstructed for Soyuz-5

The reconstruction of the Zenit launch complex for the Soyuz-5 launch vehicles under development at the Baikonur cosmodrome will begin on October 16. The decision on the start date was made following negotiations between the Director General of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin and the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan Baghdat Musin.
