Posters about the anniversary of the creation of Hitler's Ukraine appeared in Kherson
In Kherson, posters appeared in honor of the anniversary of the proclamation of the Ukrainian state, which took place on June 30, 1941 in Lviv. A photo of the posters was published on June 26 by Strana.ua. The posters say that the mayor of the city Vladimir Mikolaenko, as well as the deputies of the city council, congratulates the residents of Kherson on this solemn date. Nearby is a clipping from the newspaper Samostijn Ukraine of June 30, 1941, which says: The recreated Ukrainian state will closely cooperate with the National Socialist Great Germany, which, under the leadership of Adolf Hitler, creates a new order in Europe and the world and helps the Ukrainian people free from Moscow occupation. Recall that the independence of Ukraine was announced in Lviv by one of the leaders of the OUN (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation) Yaroslav Stetsko, after he arrived there in the convoy of Nazi troops. The Germans did not appreciate the initiative of the collaborators and dispersed their local governments. Read more: Anti-Bolshevik bloc: fascist roots of modern Ukraine
