For 20 years, fans of the legendary Star Wars space franchise have hosted a big holiday called Star Wars Celebrity in different US cities. However, in 2020, the celebration of the heroes of the fantastic Universe was canceled. As the organizers explained on their official website, a difficult decision was made for the health of all forum participants. Star Wars Celebrity 2020 was scheduled to be held in Anaheim in California at the end of August. The next festival is scheduled for August 18 21, 2022. Tickets purchased for this year's event will be valid.

Zenit launch complex on Baikonur reconstructed for Soyuz-5

The reconstruction of the Zenit launch complex for the Soyuz-5 launch vehicles under development at the Baikonur cosmodrome will begin on October 16. This was reported by the press service of Roscosmos. The decision on the start date was made following negotiations between the Director General of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin and the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan Baghdat Musin. The reconstruction of the launch pad will be carried out by specialists of the Center for the Operation of Ground Space Infrastructure (TsENKI) together with Kazakhstani builders. The Soyuz-5 medium-class launch vehicle is being developed by the Energia Rocket and Space Corporation. It is intended to replace the carriers of the Zenit series produced at Ukrainian enterprises.
