The weighted average price of a new car in Russia increased by almost 9%

According to the results of the first half of 2020, the weighted average price of a new car in Russia amounted to 1,676,000 rubles. This was reported on July 28 on the website of the analytical agency Avtostat. Thus, in the indicated period, the weighted average cost of new cars in the Russian Federation increased by 8.9% compared to January-June 2019. Agency analysts also noted that the weighted average cost of a foreign car for the reporting period amounted to 1,962,000 rubles (+ 9.1%), and cars of domestic brands 700,000 rubles (6.3%). The agency's experts calculated the weighted average cost of a car based on the average values ​ ​ of the prices recommended by the distributor and the number of cars sold for each model, taking into account modifications. Zenit launch complex on Baikonur reconstructed for Soyuz-5

The reconstruction of the Zenit launch complex for the Soyuz-5 launch vehicles under development at the Baikonur cosmodrome will begin on October 16. The decision on the start date was made following negotiations between the Director General of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin and the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan Baghdat Musin. The reconstruction of the launch pad will be carried out by specialists of the Center for the Operation of Ground Space Infrastructure (TsENKI) together with Kazakhstani builders.
