In total, 546 patients died in Israel from complications caused by COVID-19. At the same time, the Israeli Ministry of Health notes a decrease in the number of patients in critical condition. However, the number of active cases of coronavirus infection in Israel is 26,313.

The reconstruction of the Zenit launch complex for the Soyuz-5 launch vehicles under development at the Baikonur cosmodrome will begin on October 16. The decision on the start date was made following negotiations between the Director General of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin and the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan Baghdat Musin. The reconstruction of the launch pad will be carried out by specialists of the Center for the Operation of Ground Space Infrastructure (TsENKI) together with Kazakhstani builders.
