Helping hand: evacuation from abroad can become paid

Export from abroad in a life-threatening situation can be paid for Russians. The corresponding proposal was submitted for discussion by the Russian Foreign Ministry. Now the law involves the evacuation of citizens to their homeland in exceptional cases. The need to assess the real threat to life sometimes leads to refusals to receive assistance, since the risk is assessed subjectively, the department explains.
